I should be studying right now, oh well. Primarily, I am a relatively lonely person. Firstly, i'll include a very brief description of where I am right now. I'm in secondary school, there are 6 years here. After the third year you have the choice of either doing or not doing transition year. Transition year is a year of fun and relaxation.
Why won't I have any friends?
I chose not to do transition year in the first place because none of my friends were. Not that I was extremely close to any of them, I was afraid of being alone. So all of a sudden they are doing transition year. I'm not because I don't want to, and it costs loads of money. In my opinion, I am not excited about being mixed with the fifth years and having no friends. I am an awkward person, and the older years always look down on the younger years. Who knows? Maybe that would change when I got to know them. But then again, maybe it wouldn't change.
Why don't I want to do transition year (TY)?
I would get out of the habit of studying, and knowing me, all of my carefully crammed information would come flushing out of my system. And no, recycling is not an option for me. Additionally, the more obvious solution, I want to get out of school faster. I want the future option of repeating sixth year if I don't get the points I need in the leaving cert. I want to repeat sixth year without people thinking i'm too old. To add on to that, it costs money. Money that I can easily buy any iPhone I desire (heaven).

Why can't I make new friends?
Ugh! I've also asked myself this question ever since the very first day of first year. I refuse to call myself a social atrocity, so I will just call myself unique, unusual. I have nobody I relate to, and nobody is interested in the things i'm interested in (in relation to my friend group). The people around me are the polar opposites to me, sometimes even I am bewildered at how ridiculously single I am in comparison to them. Sorry, I'm not interested in every detail of your love life, thanks. I have started to believe that i'm just not meant to have real friends.
Don't tell me to 'stop complaining'
This is probably the worst thing anyone can say to anyone. EVER. But every time I've even casually mentioned this topic online they all almost simultaneously give this response. I cannot stress the complete lack of sincerity. If a person is annoying, you're supposed to ignore them. This almost hits the boundaries of telling somebody to calm down, and that says something. Nobody fully realizes this but complaining is a primary characteristic of mine. Depriving me of complaining is like depriving me of chocolate, never going to happen.
I have now fully realized the extent of my procrastination. Bye *evil laugh*
