Self love: Start the New Year with you.

Well 2020 is about to be over and damn it was a hard year. I won't try to begbe positive and give you false hope by saying it will definitely be better next year. It depends on you to make the next a good one for yourself, you have to be positive yourself.

What happened this year cannot be changed, so instead of dwelling on the past try thinking how can you make yourself and your life better for the coming year.

Now I know a lot of you will say things are not always in our hand and you (Sunny: that's me) don't know what hardship I have to face.

And I definitely agree with all of you on both things situations are not always in our hand and I don't know how hard your life is either, but I now this if keep thinking about the hardship or problems you are facing or compare your life to another person's life, then you cannot be happy. The best thing you can do to tackle such situation is to think of something you can do to overcome the problem. If you think about the solution you might not get it instantly but you are in the right direction.

Things change, people leave ( especially this year a lot of people lost their life, 'RIP') but we cannot stop living because of it. I know how hard is to lose someone, but moving forward is necessary.

I am not saying forget about them or don't miss them, that is not possible, even if you try. But you have to think about yourself, care about yourself and love yourself cause if you don't what will the people who loved you and are not with you will feel.

Caring about your own happiness is not wrong in any way. I am not saying to stop loving others but love yourself the same as much as you do others, cause 'you have one life and one person who is going to stick with you till the end is "YOU" '

So, in the end I just want say don't give up on people, don't give up on the world and especially don't give up on yourself.

Go look in the mirror and say to image their that "I LOVE YOU."
