It’s usually poor people who have a lot of children. I haven’t seen middle class/ rich people with more than three children per family. Usually they have three max. It is rare for people who can afford them to have lots.

A brother and sister can also be friends. Children don’t really care about the other sibling’s sex. They just want to play and have fun.

Also when they grow up I have seen brothers and sisters who have been very close and supportive of each other.

The same thing can be achieved with two boys or two girls.

I don’t think the sex matters much at all. Of course women do tend to have a slight preference for girls in the West and it would be nice to have one of each but either way children are lovely and they are a part of you and will reflect the upbringing that you give them.

True, but not on the same level as a brother and brother or a sister and sister.
A big sister can teach a little sister how to do girl things a brother doesn't know about. (Clothes, hair, make-up, bras, pantyhose, tampons, etc..)
So have I but it's better for sisters to have someone to talk girl stuff with and brothers to have someone to talk boy stuff with.
Girls don't wanna play Hot Wheels and boys don't wanna play house. Having one of each can be limiting to both.
