Why do dads usually have a soft spot for their daughters?

I'm the youngest and the only girl out of three kids and my brothers, mom, and I think even my dad admit that my dad spoils me. I guess I kind of see it but why is that?

My dad was a heavyweight boxer and my mum was suprised when he said he wanted to have girls. Then he ended up with two lol my twin sister and I and we both did get spoilt completely with kisses, cuddles, time, everything. Not in a bad way though lol.

I think dad's are naturally more protective of daughters :)

I don't know. I'm the youngest and I have a sister and it's obvious to even my dad that I'm his favourite. My mom and sister know it's true and have talked to me about it and I know my dad knows but he won't admit it.

Well most guys want one thing and your dad understands the raging hormones young guys have and wants to protect you from that. Your his only daughter and in a guys mind women are weak and can't protect themselves.

Because you're a girl and were more fragile than boys and since men are usually breadwinners and have to be strong and shit he can't baby the boys because they'll be fucked up for life.
