Well, according to me there are 2 things you can do, 1 is get back at him somehow, or you can suck it up and be the bigger man here figuratively speaking.
I would wait until he gets out and run him over with my car, here's an idea for him to get back at him!

Excellent advice. If the guy is just too big and strong, guess what, might doesn't make right. He can't get away with bullying just because you couldn't beat him in a fair fight.
If you can't beat him fair and square, beat him unfair and dirty. Use a weapon, whatever it takes. You shouldn't have to live in fear in your own house. You shouldn't have to feel threatened in your own home.

Boh, io mi sento in dovere di dissentire. C'era un amico mio che se la faceva con letteralmente ogni ragazza per cui provava attrazione fisica, nonostante fosse in una relazione. Mo c'ha due figli ed è perfettamente leale alla moglie.
