My brother is driving recklessly, What should I do?

I'm 16. My brother is 17 years old, He drives over 30 miles past the speed limit and jumps around through lanes. He treats it like a joke. I'm really scared for him, he already got two tickets and it's his first month of driving. We can't take away his license though because we need him to drive us around places because of our lack of transportation. What to do in a situation like this?

Tell him that he's acting like an idiot and refuse to get in his car. You say that you need him to take you places but is it worth risking your life for that? There is a statistically significant chance that he will get into a crash and you don't want to be there when he does. He may well end up killing everyone in his car, not to mention other people too.

He is not a professional racing driver, he is just like every other smart ass kid who thinks he knows it all. He's being a dick and he will end up being just another statistic, when some poor emergency responder has to scrape his broken ass off the road and put it into a plastic bag.
