Hate to say it but you should cut him off and put as much distance between yourself and him as you can. Drug use does run in my family and the drug of choice at lot of the time is Meth. Every time over the years I have let my addict family members close or tried to help them it blew up in my face. Having to kick a family member out of your place due to them stealing from you to feed their addiction isn't a fun experience.

Like an actual Crack head? Interventions and rehab sometimes work but only if he wants to change.

Stop caring about him and start caring about your own life. I did the exact same mistake with my siblings and now I am just stuck myself. They will keep doing what they want to do.
