My boyfriend's step brother is a bum and drug dealer! What should I do?

When we were first together, his brother was in our life a lot. He took advantage of our resources and money. We helped him a lot already and he just keep on asking for me. If my boyfriend had only $300 in his pocket, he would give it to him. But, his brother would use the money to buy a new phone and not for urgent use. He also doesn't work. He tried to live with us by begging us to let him sleep on my couch. I hate him around my boyfriend because he influence him in a bad way and dragging him to do dumb things. My boyfriends entire family disowned him and he's banned from them. My boyfriend's dad and stepmom hates it as well. Luckily, his brother betrayed my boyfriend many times so my boyfriend decided to end the relationship with him. His brother ended up going to jail so either way, he was gone. However, he got out of jail recently nd started to contact my boyfriend again and they now starting to talk. What can i do?
