All the time my dad is with his girlfriend. I see him 1 hour a day alone max. He's usually at her house, it's like they live together! And what's weird is that they haven't even been together that long and they already act married. I've always had an active parent figure in my life, no matter who it was they were always around at least 6 hours a day. I haven't even slept alone in a house by myself until he started seeing her. I wish he would come home more because I miss him. I've tried to talk to him about it, and he always turns the blame around on me to make me seem like a little child who is too clingy. Which is true, but I just want my dad around because when he's not here I just sit and rot in my house. How can I cope with this? How can I switch from being so dependent to being alone ALL THE TIME? Is he reasonable in doing this to me? These issues make for a shitshow for my mental health because I feel unwanted all the time.

You should ask him for some time together.

  You can easily get a girlfriend, if you wanna have someone beside you, to make you feel happy. She can help you with your household works too, if you feel alone, just get a girlfriend and call her to move in to your home. Tell her your situation's seriousness. She can help you a lot.

  Talk more to your father, and he can come back, when he realize what was it you where facing and if and that's what I said, if you can't a girlfriend, then you should talk more with your dad.
