Why does my guy friend act like I don't exist?

We weren't really that close, but I still considered him a good friend, he was really nice to me he would always message me first.

But now suddenly he acts like I'm not there, he would still reply to me but with one word answers he still stares at me often but I miss him.

Could it be because you're too demanding and you complain a lot and just got tired of it
