so there is this 18 year girl who is new at my job she's only been here for a month i was thinking about asking her if i can add her on facebook just to keep in touch before she goes back to college
she does have a boyfriend but i'm just looking to keep in touch noting more
would that be a good idea?

In way I agree with Gwenhwyfar and In some I agree with Jennifer, I would try and strike a friendship with her because if you just ask straight up for facebook you could get reported and have to explain why you asked
