Girls, Would it be weird to add a girl on facebook?

She and I talk everytime we see each other. But I didn't know her last name. She is someone who serves me coffee. She by coincidence popped up on my people you may know list as she is friends with my cousin. Would it be weird add her?

Our conversation in person has consisted of her asking where I've grown up, how's my police application going, what suburb I live in etc. She was the one who started waving and smiling at me when I didn't even know her. She did the waving and smiling when she didn't have to.

We do know each other's first name too. She did say she was wondering what my first name was.

I did it last night. It's been 12 hours and she hasn't accepted it. She hasn't blocked me or anything and it just says requested so it's not like she deleted it
