i would wait in most cases becaue if you don't know her well...she might get a bit creeped out and  not accept, sometimes its best or fine when you guys are in the middle of a conversation to mention it...be like "hey it was nice talking to you, do you have a FB?"  and then she might give it to you or say add me or something along those lines, or maybe she'll give you a hard time...who knows. lol  make sure to say it casually and when it feels right to say it...just make it sound friendly. and sometimes its okay if a guy adds you on Fb, surprises are nice when its a guy you like or find attractive ha ha ;)

no, people often add people theyve only met once, in case you wanna get back in touch, you'll have them there on Facebook. and Facebook isn't super personal, it may be weird if you send her a long message, but then again she can also ignore it. people add me as friends all the time that I've only met once, and I never think twice about it.

You can always add her as a friend but don't get too upset if she does not accept you.  I know that I only except people that I know well.  I would maybe wait and see how the talking progresses and then add her or ask her about it.  Say, Hey Are you on Facebook?  I'm going to add you as a friend is that ok?  And see what she says.

No I don't think so because actually you (or she) made the first step (face-to-face conversation). Also if she allows you to add her you can do further steps (because then you know she's not ignoring you or something like that)

I think it would be weird if it were the other way around (adding a girl without speaking to her once).
