My Mum won't let me be a model?

She won't let me be a model because it's something she wouldn't want to do. I'm not her so why is that a good reason? It's either that or a housewife and she doesn't like that one either. How can I get her to change her mind?

Don't listen to her. She is hindering your progress if you listen to her then after 3-4 years you will regret again and then you'll feel like it's little late to follow your dreams because there will be already 16-19 age young girls be competing against you. If you start now then you'll be KINDA ESTABLISHED when you will be 20's. If you start in 20's then your mom will get an EXCUSE that it's too late now because this is what she wants to delay you so that later you won't be a fit for it. Why did she give birth to you if you can't live your life? Life is already a suffering and there is NO NEED TO MAKE IT WORSE. You don't wanna live like a prisoner, right?

But do you really believe in yourself? Because if you do then it's not too late to start over. Maybe when you are 18 and you can decide for yourself, go for it. If you actually focus your mind into that one then maybe your mom's decision won't matter anymore. You can show her that you're working hard for it but don't brag. She's not going to stop you if she sees how far you've become.
