Why doesn't my cousin want to help me?

So we're both Realtors she's been one longer than I have and I just started not too long ago. So I asked could she recommend some realtor's to network with and she said she didn't. I know she does, she's friends with a bunch of other Realtors. I asked another Realtor from my company and he gladly sent me some contacts. I guess she just didn't want to do it.

Sounds to me like she doesn't want you to succeed. It may be that she is afraid you could become a better realtor than she is. It's sad but reality is many times family feel like it's a competition when another family member has the same career. Use the contacts you have and expand from there. Show your cousin that you can do it on your own. It's better to keep work and family apart anyway. Good Luck

Not too close but she helped me with real estate stuff before.

My cousin is the same way - she wouldn’t even tell me the name of her business when I asked her for it because I wanted to use her as a job reference, even though it could have been discovered with a simple Google search.
