My dad has this friend he met at work. We've known him for 12 years and everyone agrees that he says off had things from joking about blow jobs to underage girls to making what he calls jokes about my 16 yr old sister baby sitting his son and doing chores like washing his car in a bikini as part of her job duties as he watches. My parents just say its not his intentions to be inappropriate that just who he is like our "creepy uncle". Im 24 years old and have found out through multiple other people that he's friends with my most recent ex and asked him about sex and would tell him how to treat me as a woman. He has even told me i need to back off of boyfriends and let them be a man with their urges. He even gets handsy when my parents aren't in the room trying to force us to hug him, even going as far to rip stuff out of our hands to make us hug him even after we tell him no. He touches my hips and tries to rub my stomach even after i push his hand away and tell him point blank "dont touch me there". My dad is convinced im making this all up and my sources are wrong and that I need mental help. This "family friend" has reported me telling him not to hug me and that we aren't friends to my dad who expects ME to apologize to this grown ass man whos been inappropriate with us since we where pre teens because he's like family and im "mentally ill". What can i even do? Because he's not getting an apology for touching me when i point blank ask him not to or reporting my actions to an ex and trying to get inappropriate info... Im just irritated that this is another thing to add to my plate.
