As long as they are happy and healthy, and harming no one, no it would not change the way I see them.
they are harming themselves. Would let a 3 years old run out in the street? I mean if they get back and don;t get run over , all is good and they should keep doing it.
I’d be upset but only because I know the adversity they’ll face from others. But I’d accept who they are.
I'd still prefer my children to be straight but since there's nothing I can do if they turned out gay, i'm just gonna accept it. Still gonna treat them the same tho.
I'm bisexual myself. Of course I'd see them the same. They're still my child, they can love who they wish to love. They're still human, and still theirself.

Quakers, Methodists, United Churches etc etc, even CofE is relatively okay with it all with opening gay married ministers oh and Church of Scotland.
@ChrisMaster69 it must be the Evangelical Americans lol. its usually the ones I've seen with the biggest issues pertaining to this. Obviously the Catholics and Orthodox dont support it. But they aren't smiting people at the doors and allow anyone in the LGBT community access to their facilities and offer full services to them in all things, save for marriage (that I know of). I'm more into the Russian Orthodox church and oddly Lutheran as well. I left the RCC back when the scandals came to the surface. I have zero desire to ever return. I am so full of disgust for the Vatican. Not okay we homosexuals marrying BUT okay with homosexual pedos raping kids and then covering it up and protecting them... yeah nice. I think if I go back to church again I'd go back as a Lutheran. The teachings are more in line with my views.

@Not_Average I was raised conservative Christian, actually homeschooled by my mother till my senior year of high school because she didn't want to expose me to the public school system. I was the kid in that family where my father would read from the bible every morning for about an hour before going to work. After that I went to a Christian boarding school to graduate. I rejected the theology and political party. I am now agnostic and a moderate. Neither liberal nor conservative.
@Subarugirl Gotcha. Yeah I hear that story a lot when parents shove it down their throats or attempt to isolate them from the outside world. I have my doubts here and there. Do you go in and out or is it just a constant rejection?

Yet if I did believe as you do, I would say that there is only one commandment which is specified in the Bible as unforgivable and that's the 2nd. Thou shalt not carry the lord's name in vain.
I am aware that the Bible states specifically that homosexuality is an "an abomination" and "a detestable sin." But I don't can't recall reading that it's unforgivable and will result in drawing the card reading, "Go to hell. Go directly to hell. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200."
But if it does, please tell me the chapter and verse which specifically states homosexuality is unforgivable and will result in eternal torture.
