What to do about roommate’s girlfriend staying over too much?

My good friend and I are roommates and her girlfriend spends the night over all the time. Sometimes her girlfriend comes over and stays for 3-4 days almost every other week. It’s very annoying because they have loud sex all the time. So whenever they’re having sex, I either put in headphones and turn my tv all the way up, or go upstairs and sleep on the couch. Sometimes they’re so loud that I can hear them over my headphones. I asked my roommate if she could go over her gf’s house sometime, and she said no because her girlfriend lives with her parents. So I’m not sure what to do and I’m getting really pissed. She’s again going to stay over for 4 days…

Just ask your roommate to be quieter during sex - No harm in that. Say it is something you don't wish to hear and that you have tried other methods before speaking to her but unfortunately they haven't worked. If they are a 'good friend' they will respect that.
