My dog randomly started getting spots on his private area?

He’s 7 months. This just started, he’s a Jack Russel Terrior Chihuahua mix. He isn’t neutered yet. But he doesn’t act different, I will be taking him to the vet but I want to know how serious this might look

So long as they aren't turning red and cyst like where it hurts to touch you should be fine. Think of them like super sized moles just on the privates. And no I'm not talking skin cancer level its just like excess pigmentation.
