When a toxic friend starts being nice, what do you do?

So I was about to drop this toxic friend because she actually made me cry and stuff the last 2 years, she was so rude to me.

But recently she started being nice for no reason just as I’m about to drop her? She did me a massive favour and was super sweet and kind. What do I do now? Should I drop her?

People like that fascinate me. I usually play dumb and see where it goes. Because people like that will almost always end up in some kind of interesting situation.

When it comes to toxic people, you need to know how to handle them. If you're too trusting or friendly with them, they will see you as a target and mistreat you.

If you try to cut yourself out of their lives, that can be tricky because toxic people are very jealous. They get angry at the thought that someone became happier without them because it puts a big mirror in their face if you can get what I mean.

So the best thing to do is become neutral enough that you are no longer a target, but also no longer a source of negative feelings for them.

Fade away. Tell them it's your fault. The next few times you see eachother, make "an effort" to see this person during times you know won't be convenient for them and their lack of ability to make plans will give you the excuse you need to be around other people.

Toxic people will eventually find a way to make the situation confrontational. This is another thing they're very good at.

When this happens you need to fortify your mind and remind yourself that everything they're saying is meant to manipulate you or is based on a warped perception of reality. That's what makes them toxic. Their perception of the world is colored in whatever their biggest insecurity is.

Haha these things can happen sometimes. It is probably you or she is not in the mood at all when u meet together as a first time. Everyone could be have some problems in his own life we are living emotional organisms , right. Sometimes the things cannot go the way that we want or wish in the life. I think you experienced this thing at first. Then as the time passes you and she noticed that u r good friends clearly and stop thinking about bad against each other or break the ice by omitting the prejudgements or etc. Do not drop her cuz being friends is really hard nowadays if u really really trust her from the middle of ur heart then go on pls ;)
