Why both parents are important to kid (s)?

Mothers can do a lot of things, everyone can agree with that. However their will always be things that no matter how hard to try, they will not be able to understand. I have seen what my brothers and sisters turn out when they weren't with my dad. When my brothers/sisters were with their moms, they were more relax, they weren't getting punish. They were being told/shown how to act. They instead being bad kids is what most parents would say. Ya know the moms did punish them of course and they did try their best but sometimes a mothers love can be a child's poison. When they came over to my dad place, their behavior, their grades and so much more change over the times that they were allowed to come over. I thankfully have both of my parents in my life and I can say for sure that if either one of them weren't. I wouldn't be the person I am today at all. I think a lot of people don't realize how the children are affected by divorced, having many partners come into the house and staying/ bonding with these kids and the kids having to watch them leave. Over time that will create a very bad mental image. ( Don't get me wrong, I understand marriage isn't for everyone, sometimes things happen and you have to for your mental/physical health leave). My thing is, try not to have so many different people who aren't your family come around these kids, try to have at least one solid father/mother figured coming around often at least. Give that child someone to look up to so that he/she may be better than yourself.
