Well, there isn't much information so I can't really be too specific about this. Is she spying on you because you are doing something bad, like buying heroine, or anything unsafe like it? If you are doing something unsafe then I would say be glad someone cares enough about you to keep tabs on you lol.
If she is spying on you because she is, or has always been, extremely overbearing you might need to have a sit down conversation with her. Not a conversation while she does the dishes, laundry, something else. You and her sit down properly and talk to each other. You ask why she is spying on you, and once you are satisfied, or not satisfied with her answer, you tell her how much it hurts you, upsets you, and that she needs to respect your boundaries and learn to trust you. If she doesn't then you will have to move somewhere she can't break those boundaries anymore. If you can't move then you could say that you won't be a part of family functions, hang out with her, or give her access to your time, since she is constantly peering over your shoulder. Something like that anyway.
Parents love their children and will literally move the earth to make them happy. They can also be extremely over protective and are willing to go to any length to make sure their babies are safe and being taken care of. There has to be a balance though. I remember when my son had a bully at school and my son eventually retaliated against him I still wanted to go up there and do something to the bully and the bullies parents. I was just that mad, but cooler heads prevailed, and I saw it as he took care of it, the situation was done and over with, I just need to accept that, and move on. I was still protective, but not overly. There was balance.
Anyway, I hope you are able to get it all sorted out and she give you some space. It's hard growing up, not only because of friends and your peers, but the strain parents put you under as well. Take care!!
Depends on the situation and whether you are independent, you have a job or if you dependent on your parents still or not.
If you are still dependent on your family then there is very little you can do to stop them from spying on you. That is because if they spy on you it means they lack trust on you. You can talk to them about it and try to address the issue, it would then depend on your parents if they understand then it is good.
However, if you are already working, you are making money then you should be in charge of your life, you should just tell them to stop spying on you. Then you should walk out, live alone and enjoy your life the way you see it.
Tell her you're an adult and you don't appreciate her spying on you because you need your privacy. If you don't want to confront her then do really boring stuff with your day so then she'll get bored and leave you alone eventually.
Give her intel willingly. Just enough to keep her appeased. If she trusts you to tell her things she thinks she needs to know you’ll make your own life happier.
If you are 21 years old then she does not have a right to spy on you. Tell her to stop doing it or you're going to go to the police and if it does not stop go to the police
