I do not know what should do , should i report him my brother yesterday hit me with crutch so badly my arm is bluee and my back hurts because he told me that drive my kids to his ex wife so i said no its your kids are not my responsibility he forced me to take them i said again no then he take the crutch and hit me a lot so i decide to report him no one will knows but iam afraid because my parent loves my brother if i report him they will be mad at me so i do not know he often hits me but know i wanna go to hospital to let dr to see my body it's all blue

Mad parents might be better than being hit right? And they like him now, that could very well change when they've learned how he's treated you. I'd definitely go to the hospital. The problem with reporting him is proof, but I'd do it anyway. And going to the hospital will help as you'll have that record of receiving treatment for your injuries. If the doctor asks how you got them, if you're honest, he may even have to report it for you?
