Grandma questioning my personal life?

My grandma started asking me personal questions about my love life and I got uncomfortable and sailing want to keep my business to myself. Was I rude? Or wrong? I don’t want to disrespect my elders, but I don’t want to share that information with her. Anyone else have this issue about noisy family members?
