My grandma is 83, and my grandpa is 78 if that really matters. My grandpa had lost his temper and harmed people before, but he's never done it around me. Anyways, a long time ago my dad, and my grandpa and cousin were fishing in a boat. My cousin did something stupid I guess and then threw my cousin across the boat. I was just talking to my mom about a man I saw at the store slap his sons hand because he was reaching for a candy bar. I asked my mom if she thought that was wrong, then she went on to say that when she was a girl, my grandma told her to empty the dishwasher. My mom wouldn't do it, so my grandpa pulled my mom by the hair I guess. I'm slightly worried that my grandpa loses his temper like that on my grandma. There are really no signs, and I asked my mom if my grandpa has ever harmed My grandma and she said no, but I'm still worried. Should I be worried? What should I do?

The benefit of being old and fragile in this case is that they are old and fragile.
When you or I fall, we pout, get back up, dust ourselves off and worry about people laughing.
When an 80 year old falls, they worry about the ability to get back up. About whether or not they hip broke. About whether or not they just lost their freedom of movement.
While 80 and 80 can be very different and some won't have these concerns until well into their 90s, it is still enough for you not to worry.
Your grandma would bruise. She'd break. She'd be showing all kinds of very obvious signs. The fact that I assume she is not and your mother saying she never was abused should be enough. Put your mind at ease.
What I would suggest that you do is just talk to her. About anything. Share your last date. Ask her for help with something. Share your latest silly accomplishment. Outside of that possibly making her day or week, it will also create a person of contact she can reach out to if anything were ever to happen. Win-win, yes?
U shouldn't do anything nothing has happened yet apart from your imagination
I would be worried but I wouldn't do anything if I've never seen it.
