Would I be in the wrong for not helping my brother with hanging gutters?

My brother owns a gutter business and he works alone. He won't hire someone for some reason. He often calls me to come and help him for like 30 mins. Well he called me just a little bit ago while I was sleeping but I didn't answer because I was guessing he was gonna need my help. He texted me and asked me to call him when I can because he needs my help hanging gutters. He said it would take 3 hours but he would pay me. I really dont want to. WIBTA of I didn't? I don't know what he would do if I don't help.
