My brother and I bought a house is 2017. I lived there with him for a year. I moved out in 2019 and just moved back in a couple of months ago, and im living by myself because he moved to another city. Well, he had a big van, and he let it leak oil all over the cement driveway. It's like two 3'×3' spots. When it rains, it flows down into a puddle, and I can see the oil in the puddle. I'm afraid animals are drinking out of it and being poisoned. My brother says I'm overreacting but I don't think I am. I could get some of that kitty litter stuff for oil spills and clean it up, but that would take a lot of bags. I'm unemployed, and I just don't think I have the money right now.

Dude, that's a really tough situation. I can definitely understand your frustration with your brother leaving that huge oil mess behind. It sucks that he's not taking responsibility for it, especially since it could be harming the local wildlife.
At the same time, I get that money is super tight for you right now since you're unemployed. Spending a bunch on kitty litter to clean it up doesn't exactly sound like the most appealing option.
Honestly, I don't think it would be wrong of you to leave the mess as is, at least for now. Your brother caused the problem, so it's really on him to take care of it. You didn't create the mess, so you shouldn't have to be the one to foot the bill for fixing it.
The only thing I'd say is maybe try to at least put up some kind of barrier or warning sign around the puddle, just to try and keep animals away from it. That way you're not ignoring the issue completely, but you also don't have to shoulder the full cleanup cost.
And if the mess keeps getting worse or you start getting complaints from neighbors, then you may have to bite the bullet and take care of it yourself. But I'd say give your bro another chance to step up and handle his own mess first. That's only fair, right?
Just don't beat yourself up over it, dude. You've got enough on your plate without having to deal with your brother's irresponsibility. Focus on taking care of yourself for now. If he gives you more grief about it, you can always remind him that it's his problem, not yours.
A commercial cleaning company could help clean it up.
