Parents, what would you consider to be the best thing you bought for your infant?

My son is 5 months old & I swear by his doorway jumpy! He loves it & will be in it for HOURS throughout the day. He's learning how to stand on his own in it, he can entertain himself by bouncing & swinging around if he picks his feet up, plus the toys I hook to it. It burns his energy & helps get him ready for nap time & bed bed time.

So, parents, what do you swear by?

The chest carrier, they all loved it and it was a great way to get chores done while listening to them giggle and try to grab everything in sight 🥰.

My husband would wear it and take whoever was in the chest carrier at the time for a long dog walks. I was always afraid of the swing set which attached to door frames because I’m just a paranoid person at times :-)

My boyfriend loves the chest carrier, he wears it out & doesn't understand why he'll get all the compliments on it, but I don't when I wear it. I had to explain to him that it's not the norm for the father to carry & the ladies are like "See, babe, HE does it!'

My husband carded all of our kids all over the place in the chest carrier, and then once they were big enough the backpack carrier and the bike trailer. He loved it

Tbh I'm not too big on baby products. All I ever need for my babies is comfortable pajamas, blankets, diapers/wipes and my boobs. Everything else I could live without. Most helpful extra things would have to be stroller, breastpump and pacifers to make life easier.

For my wife and I I think the best investment we made was buying multiples of things like pack and plays, height chairs, etc, to leave at grandparents houses. It makes traveling for a weekend so much easier to not have to load the car to the roof everytime we vistited.
