Do I have the right to be kind of upset with my brother?

So my brother plays this game on pc with a few of our friends and he really wants me to join. I didn't want to buy the game because I have like 80 dollars to my name so he gifted it to me on steam. So they all talk on discord so I set up a discord account but my generic playstation mic wouldn't work on it. My brother said i should reset my pc so it runs faster so i did that. It was taking a while so I go to the store to get another mic. I was just gonna buy a cheap one but my brother texted me telling me to get a good one and he will pay for it. He told me wich one to get. It was 100 dollars so I buy it. I thought that was nice of him.

Anyways when I got back my computer was on the bios screen. I wait like half hour then it goes to another screen and asked me to select an operating system to run. I do that and then it gets stuck in a bios loop. It's just showing the bios screen then goes to black. It's been doing that for almost 2 days. I think its trying to boot but it can't so it's just going back to bios. Anyways, last night he said he would iether come that night or tommarow. He calls me tomorrow (this morning) saying he can't come today because he's installing his new shower and then having dinner with a few friends then he goes on to talk about how awesome the game is and I can't even play it. I think reseting pc just screwed it up and that's because my brother told me to. Although my pc was built in 2013 and is kinda a hunk of junk so maybe it just finally hit the dirt and the reset was its last leg. What do you think?
