When my mom dies the house and property belongs all to me?

So when my mom divorce my dad she took everything. I want to pay a lawyer or when my mom finally dies I everything belongs to me. Because I am the one me that I am the one that clean that whole house raised my siblings.

I'm not savvy in wills or inheritances, but I think she would have to put it in writing that she wants you to have everything. As right now I'm not sure who would inherit my mom's house, I'm sure my brother would keep since my mother has been paying on the mortgage for quite some time now and houses are too expensive to buy these days.

For starters legally you are not ENTITLED to anything & just because you clean a house & raise siblings in it your mom doesn’t have to leave you anything. As for your mom if she has a last will & testament in place she can leave that house to anyone she wants. If she doesn’t have a last will & testament in place you might have a legal battle on your hand. In addition depending on how your parents divorce papers were written up it’s also possible that on the death of your mother that her assets such as the house could revert back to your father. Anything is possible at this time.

How that will work depends on your mom’s will. If she cuts you out, you get nothing even if that is unfair. If she has no will, you go through probate and the court will tell you what you get.
