Y’all I was watching dateline and this lady helped her mama kill her father and she even helped her hide the body and she was only 12 years old. She didn’t tell anyone for 30 years because she started to feel guilty and come to find 9 of their family members knew about it and kept their mouth shut for 30 years…

I definitely wouldn’t help my mother kill my father. I’m kind of surprised she never asked. Ell oh ell!
I’m as much a criminal as the next person. To a similar extent i must be as much of an accomplice as the next. I probably have helped my parents commit crimes, or at least bore witness. So, whether or not i would choose to actively help depends on the crime. Of course, my dad is dead and my mother and i aren’t close. So the definitive current answer is a resounding ‘no’. Ell oh ell!

When I feel Guilty I Wanna tell people What I did To make me feel Guilty but To feel Guilty and not Say anything and to walk around Acting as if nothing has changed and to Feel guilty then justify The shit you did That made you feel guilty is Psychopathic and doesn’t make you a good person I’d say Feeling guilty but then not owning up to shit makes you a Bad person.

My parents wouldn't commit a crime unless it was necessary. So if they felt the need to i would help protect them.

As for the situation you described.

Idek what i would do. Besides my brother my parents are the most important people in my life.

I would be devastated losing either one of them.

And to be asked to help one parent cover up the other's murder.

I mean i don't think words could describe how i would feel or if i would even know what to do

Umm.. there was a similar situation in Downton Abby. She didn’t kill him but some of the family/staff did know, some helped hide the cause/situation and some just stayed quiet.

I don’t know what I would do in the moment. I do tend to be a helper. But even I have my limits.

crimes are just short cut solutions made by people who “see no other way,” around a problem.

Unless it’s linked to a plain and impulsive addiction.

I’d instead try to help them find other options to solve their problems, and provide them with resources to break those bad habits.

Largely depends. Thing to remember is that its not a crime unless you get caught. Most if us committ 3 crimes per day.
