Completely up to the woman giving birth. What she's comfortable with and what kind of relationship she has with the father-to-be

However, assuming they have a good relationship, I would say it's for the best the man is in the delivery room for two reasons.
1. For support
And 2. I feel like the man would be more prone to appreciate what the woman had gone through if he sees how a childbirth is.

As long as the man involved (besides the doctor) is the father, I don't see why anyone should be stopping him from entering the delivery room and being there for his wife when she's going into labor. So like if my wife is having a baby, I'm pretty sure she'd WANT me there with her, and I wouldn't be anywhere else either. Even if I'm running late for my job, I'm having a baby goddammit! My boss may as well fire me later if he has to, but I'm not missing the birth of my child for the world!

I was in the delivery room for each one of my kids. It was an amazing experience for me. I was there to help and support my wife during the delivery. I was able to cut the umbilical cord on each child. I think all fathers should be able to experience the beauty of child birth

Well, you're a simp and you have no balls, and literally no one probably takes you seriously as a "man" anyway, including the 16 women that voted Yes on this question. So no one should care what you think, anyway.

But women need to decide whether or not they want actual fathers, or if they think fathers are "irrelevant." Because if fathers are irrelevant, then they should shut the f*ck up about alimony, child support, and telling men to "step up and be there for their child." And if they truly want that, then yes, fathers have the right to watch their children be born, as well as have a say so in abortion matters. Even if the woman retains majority decision making, the man should still have some right to say if his child should be aborted or if he should be forced to pay child support for a child he doesn't want. I'm just sick of this double standard "fathers only matter when money is involved" horsesh*t.

The woman's birthing coach should be with her in the delivery room, whether that be a man or woman. While the doctor's and nurses are busy checking and doing things, her coach helps with her breathing.

Of course - doctor asked me if I wanted to cut the umbilical cord when my son was born 🙂. I was surprised at how tough it was to cut - seemed almost like gristle.

The men who are the fathers should be there. Doctors and nurses. I don’t think just random men should be there though.
