I don’t want to cremated. Cremation goes against Islam. I want to give part of my stuff to my Flower Girl, but no-one knows Who She is, or where exactly She lives (I know the city, if She hasn’t moved). I would be embarrassed to have my body buried under the name that my parents gave me instead of the one I gave myself. I want the burial to be done with Islamic and Jewish rules, but doubt that will happen.

Make sure you make it clear how it will be done. We kids knew my dads wishes, do not leave him in a vegetative state should something happen, and burry him as he wished.

If one has not been traditional in their daily life and religious practices then one can not expect the family to be traditional.

Nu, none of my family is Muslim except for me. My mum doesn’t let me attend masjid or fast or even pray (I do anyway). My family might be traditional in the Russian/Spanish sense, but I don’t plan so.

I’d be dead. Did You see Captain Fantastic? A church gave a Buddhist woman a burial, which wasn’t what the woman’s will said. Her family had to ‘rob’ her grave, cremate her, and flush her ashes in the toilet, which was her wishes.

Nu, my stepfather says I have no rights, as if I am a slave in a totalitarian regime by my family. My mum is very similar. All other blood relatives live in another country: USA, Russia, Israel, and I reckon Canada.

As a transwoman I had this concern for a long time... To be buried as a man... Some cultures believe that you'll be as you are when you are interned forever in the spiritual realm and while I don't hold to a particular religious belief, I offer that there is the possibility that any of the worlds religions could be right and... Well, having to live out eternity as a man is a hell I've worked hard to avoid.

They SHOULD abide to your Will. To avoid my wishes not being followed I have elected to name my best friend my executor of my estate as well as the inheritor of the bulk of my estate (which is not small) with carveouts made for other friends and family, as long as my wishes are followed. Luckily I know that even without that carrot, and even without being named my executor, she would fight tooth and nail to make it happen.

I reside on Tenerife. Although an African island, it’s politikally Spanish, and it sure seems to me that regime is totalitarian. I plan to get a job, a mobile, and at first a place to live. However, a comrade says I could live with Him in Tangiers, Morocco. I’ve heard of Tahiti (dunno where, though), and Morocco, but Emerald Isle is new to me. Beautiful places!

Emerald Isle is the nickname for Ireland, the point is just to decide where you want to go in life, make a realistic plan, and go there in life

When my Flower Girl was 25, She claimed that Her life was half-over (She’s Pakistani). I’m 26, but, according to my stepfather, I apparently look ten years older, due to my hippy hair and facial hair, which only the moustache and the hair on my bottom lip I shave occasionally. Furthermore, nothing I do seems to make any effect that’s non-negative.

The only thing I can suggest is to contact a Funeraria, give them your situation, and ask what can be done to ensure your final wishes for burial are carried out when the time comes. In the US the only way a person can absolutely guarantee their final wishes are honored is to make a prepaid prearrangement with a funeral home. That way, the family may arrange times for services but all other arrangements are binding on the funeral home. Who pays the bill, wins. If the family is taken out of the financial aspects, they have almost no standing to protest, and no standing to insist on other arrangements.
