How did you cut ties with your toxic family?

Well in my case - my mom is toxic and my father left when I was about 3. So I don’t count him.

But my mom always comes back with her toxic shit. I always try to stay away from her. but she finds a way back. And then fucks up again.

Once I got disowned, I told none where I was moving to, where I lived, my email, my phone numbers, my work, I shut down my social media.

Other than my brother I don't have a toxic family. I just blocked him on everything.

I got my own place and when they weren't at home I just packed my bags and left.

I’m not living with her. Been living alone with my brother since I was 14.
But she finds a way to fuck up my life. I blocked her on everywhere I can, but she is insane and texts my friends about me etc. I tell them to block her as well… but I’m really getting tired and pissed, I just want to live without her
