If it's like formally in letters and emails, perhaps I would be a bit steamed.. because they aren't putting effort in some things thats supposed to be formal and important.

If its just casual messages though, like text, I do that all the time lol. My phone doesn't have automatic caps and I text in a rush so I wouldn't give shit.
