When someone wants to borrow money from me - I give them as a gift, if I do have enough.

Next time, if they need again, they feel responsible to give - on time.

Usually friends rarely ask for money, if I have enough, I do things for them without them asking.

It’s usually my family who needs my financial support and of course, I never expect the money back.

I have not been asked for money all that often. When I have been asked, I tell them that ultimately it isn't doing them a favor. They need to do what they need to do in life to not have to borrow from others.
