I'm a loaner two the only friends I have are the ones I live with.

Making friends as a loner involves proactively seeking connection and engaging in social activities. Start by identifying your interests and finding groups or events related to them. Don't be afraid to initiate conversations, be open to new experiences, and build relationships through shared activities and experiences.
    Here's a more detailed approach:
    1. Identify Your Interests and Find Common Ground:
    Explore your passions:
What do you enjoy doing in your free time? What topics do you find fascinating?
    Find groups and organizations:
Look for clubs, volunteer groups, or online forums that revolve around your interests.
    Attend local events:
Check for concerts, sports events, workshops, or other activities that align with your interests.

    2. Put Yourself Out There and Initiate Connections:
Don't be afraid to talk to strangers: Even a simple "hello" can lead to a connection. Strike up conversations at the coffee shop, library, or your local park.
Participate in social activities: Join a book club, take a class, or volunteer for a cause you care about.
Reconnect with old acquaintances: Reach out to old friends or classmates and see if you can reconnect.

    3. Build Relationships Through Shared Experiences:
Look for opportunities to spend time with new acquaintances: Suggest meeting up for coffee, going to a concert, or joining a club.
Be a good listener and show genuine interest in others: Make an effort to understand their perspectives and share your own.
Be patient and persistent: Building strong friendships takes time and effort. Don't get discouraged if you don't find a connection immediately.

    4. Embrace Your Introversion (if applicable):
Seek out comfortable people and places: Some introverts find it easier to connect in smaller groups or one-on-one conversations.
Focus on quality over quantity: It's better to have a few close friends than many casual acquaintances.
Remember that introversion is a strength: Introverts can be excellent listeners and thoughtful companions.

    5. Remember to Be Yourself:
Authenticity is key: Don't try to be someone you're not. Allow your true personality to shine through.
Embrace your unique qualities: Everyone has something special to offer, and you're no exception.
Don't be afraid to be vulnerable: Sharing your thoughts and feelings can help build trust and connection.

By actively seeking connection and engaging in social activities, you can gradually build a network of friends and enrich your social life.

Good advice down below, try to do something positive everyday. Beauty starts from within, Im sure you have a lot to offer, don't force it, and don't be afraid to be you.

Depends on you’re definition of both of those you can have someone who is a “loner” who enjoys social events but also enjoys alone time or you can have someone who just likes alone time
