No, it's fine if you are saving money. My father did that.
My parents got married in February 1962. My father just turned 22. My mom was 18 soon to be 19. I was born 11 months later, 60 years ago.
However, we all lived with my paternal grandparents who said to my parents that we could stay provided my father was saving for a new home. He did save and when I was 2.5, my parents bought the home I grew up in and we moved in in July 1965. My father was 25 and my mom just turned 22.
Many agree that 25 - 26 is an appropriate age to move out of the house if you are still living with your parents. The main reason for this acceptance is that it's a good way to save money but if you're not worried about money you may want to consider moving out sooner.

Obviously, it's probably not ideal but people go through different things in their life and are at different stages, so it depends if they are trying to make a life for themselves.
Let me guess, more girls than guys are going to say yes, guys don't care about girl's money.
No, a lot of families do the multigenerational houshold thing, it makes more economic sense than living on your own does.
