I hurt and betrayed one of my guy friends. He felt like I throwing him under the bus to another friend a couple of times and he doesn't want to be friends with me anymore. It wasn't my intentions to do that.

I think the best thing you can do is try and reach out to him, own what you’ve done and apologise. Don’t make excuses or deflect and just try and let him know that it wasn’t your intention to hurt him. You could also say that you’d like to make it up to him and try to rebuild the friendship.
