Being clear and transparent about things related to money between friends can be beneficial in many cases, as this can help avoid misunderstandings and conflicts in the future.
While talking about money may seem awkward or inappropriate in some cases, it's important to understand that open and honest communication is essential to maintaining a healthy and lasting relationship.
In some cases, it may seem like talking about money can create a barrier between friends, but this doesn't necessarily have to be true.
In fact, talking openly about money can help set clear boundaries and expectations, which can be beneficial to all parties involved.
Ultimately, the decision to discuss money with friends will depend on the nature of your relationship and the particular situation.
However, if there is some kind of financial agreement or commitment, it is better to discuss it openly to avoid problems in the future.
Why would you discuss money with your friends? You join things you can pay for and just spend as much as you want towards your friends. That way money will never become an issue.
Your friends have nothing to do with your money related matters. But if you want to be open about it, then I don't see any problem.

amongst friends... money has never EVER been an issue for me, us...
as for being clear... we've always been clear, open and honest about everything... lol
It's a delicate balance. Don't get in your brother's business. But also it's okay to talk about it if it's relevant to common goals. Like if you're planning a trip or planning to get an apartment together.
Also, if they're constantly asking you for money, then you have every ritto stage and intervention. At that point, they have given up their right to privacy.
It's a good thing
We all talk money and business but don't get involved in each others affairs
