It is understandable that you feel uncomfortable and confused by the situation you describe.
If your friends are constantly teasing you and playing mind games with you, they may not be respectful of your boundaries and emotions.
One option is to talk to them directly and express how you feel when they do these things.
You can tell them that you don't like that kind of behavior and that you would like them to stop doing it.
If you feel comfortable, you can also ask them to explain why they are doing it and try to come up with a solution together.
If after talking with them the situation does not improve, you may need to consider moving away from these people and seeking healthier and more respectful friendships.
Remember that it is important to surround yourself with people who make you feel good and support you emotionally.
When I confront them they all act dumb and confused on what I call them out for. I'm not sure why?
I assume if you've already told them that you don't like what they're doing and how it makes you feel and they're still continuing to do it saying things like "lighten up" or "it's just a joke" then I would go ahead and leave that group. You're the designated punching bag because they're insecure and need someone to be at the bottom of the social food chain. When you leave, you'll be replaced by whoever was adjacent to you, but at least you'll be able to find your own happiness with better friends.
Cease all contact with them. Simple. Such people are nothing but a waste of time.
