Do you really think its true that the good die young?

I often think back , I was 17 years old , nearly 18 , no mobile phones or apps , and 3 of us ( all male ) caught a train to Mildura Victoria Australia for New Years eve , we each had a tent , no booking , just turned up. In these days , parents let you do this stuff , no calling in , updating FB or the like. Of those 3 innocent young boys , I'm the only one still alive.

This trip was a real coming of age , and had you told me I'd outlast the other 2 , I simply would not have believed. So do you think the good die young?

No it's usually the dumb/careless or unlucky that dies young. Neither make them good.

Purely unlucky , in the two examples I give , no bad habits.

You don't need to have bad habits to be careless, unless you count things like walking out in the streets without looking. Most people aren't aware of those bad habits. Everyone just think about drugs, smoking and such. Joining the army is another dumb thing to do if you want to live.

Another via leukemia at 20 ,
Sometimes bad luck is just that.

Yep , just pure and utter luck , thats what both those explanations are , genes etc - LUCK.

Well yeah even be born or happen to live in a region affected heavily by company greed, is a unluck factor. I mean who wants to live in a polluted hell hole which can cause the above. This is were people need to wake up, not because of wokeness, which is just entitled infighting.
