Grocery shop/errands

Go shopping by myself or with girlfriends or sister - smell all the candles and soaps, try on clothes/shoes

Stop at the nursery to buy some new flowers for the yard

Stop for an iced tea

Get dinner started

When my friend Dennis was at work, Michelle had a hair salon business at their home and would do household chores when she wasn't working. She also had friends she'd hang out with, hobbies she enjoyed like gardening, reading, crossword puzzles, and liked to check out yard sales.

When she retired, she still did everything else.
