I'm 29 so totally haha.
But perception depends a lot on age. When I was 17-18 and just entering university, I saw 23-year-olds as old. Now it seems so absurd to me. How I wish I was 23 again :(

if you are 21, then no, if you are mid 30s or older then yes.

Considering that the average human lifespan is 75 and she's not even halfway there of course she is still young.. But people consider any age past your early 20's as old

As far as how long humans tend to be able to live, yes. Being fully grown don’t mean being old.
