only one of my friends from high school grew up to have children. he's not that good of a father but he tries. he's still not married to that woman. he is married but i think he just did it to get his kids custody-wise. it won't work. the marriage will because he'll get along.

but other than my best friend being the exception, only one other got married and divorced quickly and none had kids. relationship problems abundant! i know they crave something, but was i attracted to a group of men as friends that are undesirable? some are successful and some aren't. it's not money and attractiveness is subjective.

i just want to hear your thoughts on this. too short for a myTake.

Too many reasons why most marriages eventually fail these days to list but I will just say that I eventually would like kids but don't want to ever get married. I'd want 100% custody though so when relationship likely ends, they stay with me
