As a adult, what would you do if your parents still try to physically discipline you?

I'm much bigger than either of my parents, so I'd just grab their arms/wrists if they tried.

I would say it depends on the circumstances. If it’s a full on fight, I’d just leave. If it’s a more casual “spank” I’d probably be like “wtf are you doing?” With a laugh. Physically disciplining your adult child seems rather unusual and unnecessary.
