I used to think of that disorder as a terrible one that made people bad people. I noticed she’ll take slight advantage of others occasionally and not feel bad, she doesn’t care about most people except her family and me; and she needs to have things her way. However, she doesn’t actively hurt people, she doesn’t steal anymore and she doesn’t have a criminal record and works with a therapist. She’s been a really great friend to me and we are really close. To me, she is still my best friend and I know she has feelings. Just slightly less than most people.

I am Antisocial myself so wouldn't bother me one bit. And no Antisocial does not make a person bad. Most people who are Antisocial like myself are never diagnosed because simply they get by without doing anything to make a person want to get you diagnosed.
People also think psychopaths are always killers but this is far from true. Most psychopaths just live normal lives blending in, pretending to have normal emotions and never get found out nor do they go around killing.
Sociopaths on the other hand? Well yeah there much more active criminals. But even then it don't mean you will be so extreme.
You don't have to start treating your friend differently because she has a diagnosis.
Well, while I’m not a therapist, I know my friend and she does have feelings and a conscience, on the contrary to the stigma stereotypes and I can tell that she’s very high functioning. It shocked me at first, but she’s a nice woman who loves a small percentage of people who can make her feel the full range of emotions like others feel them; and she’s a great friend of mine. So there’s probably no reason to do so.
I wouldn't.
