Would you report someone for possibly overbreeding their dogs?

I just saw my cousin advertising for sale 2 week old French dogs. Not only are these puppies way too young to be separated from their mum, but I also noticed my cousin had bred the parents at least 3 times last year, and this year alone this is the 2nd litter from the same adult dogs.

Update: I contacted the rspca and made a report and provided them with evidence, especially of how she is selling puppies that are way too young to be separated from mum.

By your use of the word "mum" I surmise you are not in the us so I would recommend that you but a bug in the ear of whatever animal welfare agency that manages these things in your country.

Nope not from the USA. We have RSPCA who we report these things to.

She is basically a stranger to me. Mostly because she is over 10 years younger than me, and her mum and my mum had a falling out.

Though our mums falling out have nothing to do with me asking if I should report her. I just don't agree with backyard breeding which is what my cousin is doing and I especially don't agree with people overbreeding especially overbreeding small dogs like French bulldogs. I just didn't know if I would be in the wrong to report her
