An absent parent should pay child support. But both parents should be involved where possible. Much more should be done to prevent parental alienation.
If it's his choice to not get involved, he should. If the mother isn't letting him, he shouldn't. I don't know, depends on what the scenario is exactly
No. If women can have abortions without the men having a choice, men shouldn't have to pay child support. Besides it makes it that much harder for men to even support his family. Let alone himself.
I would give responsability to womens for ones... dont get child from men who will run. we as males have make right desitions all time, to net get women who will run with half house in half year. tume fir wimens use brains instead pussies
Absolutely. If you bring a baby into the world you need to take care of it. END OF STORY!

Their level of engagement isn't really the point, otherwise the guy who runs a mile gets away scot free, and the guy who tries to help out however he can is legally on the hook.
If the woman had the option to abort, then the man should have the option to not pay. But in states where women are made to take responsibility, as they should be, then so should men.

What happens if the guy didn't tell the girl until she was in her last trimester that he didn't want kids even though a year earlier they had talked about one day having kids together?
No it's pretty fuckong selfish of him to fucking have u protected sex and propose to her only to fucking tell her when she is 6 months pregnant he doesn't want the kid
He fucking spent 7 years and even proposed and fuckinf waited until I was 6 months pregnant to say I don't want the kid and you are fuckinf saying he shouldn't have to pay. Maybe he should have fucking been honest from the being and said he didn't want fucking kids not fucking wait until I am 6 months pregnant to tell me so fuck you bitch go to hell for supporting a fucking piece of shit
Oh hell no I don't even agree with child support it should be agreed upon between the two and not the courts

I don't agree with child support of the guy is involved in his child's life and helping to take care but I'm mostly meaning guys who don't say Jack about not wanting kids until it's too late for an abortion
In my case we had talked about one day having a family together he was also the one who proposed only for him to tell me when I was 6 months into my pregnancy that he never wanted to have kids. If he had told me from the get go he didn't want kids maybe I would have gone down a different path

Yes, they should. If they didn't want to risk liability for child support, they could have worn a condom or avoided intercourse.
Absolutely. In any situation like this, the terms and conditions should always be overwhelming in favor of the female, period.

Absolutely right they should... After all they just as much created and brought the child into the world.

Yes they fathered the child.
Now it is his responsibility to contribute to supporting them.

That's too damn bad. Doesn't change anything though.

That's tough, but that's why it's stupid to have sex with aan you aren't married to. So I can't relate to that problem.
As a lot of women and all courts regard men as sperm donors than I would say no.
Yes, the biological father who willingly had sex with a woman, with the result being a child, should pay support.
If the child wasn't his choice then No. If both were agreed to have it then both should contribute.
What If he didn't say he didn't want kids until she was 6 months into her pregnancy?
Once you're into it you can't back out.. unless both agree that only one of them is take care of the baby on their own..
That's a tough question. I think every case is a little different
It should depend on why the divorce happened.
If he was not at fault then he shouldn't owe you anything.

Can a man force his choice of an abortion on woman? The answer to this and your question should be the same.
Of course, but if they're not actively involved, they're a deadbeat, so it's pointless anyway.
No he should be able to abort that child too
