Should I be concerned that he has basicslly gone mia since he was informed he may have to go to court for a potential DNA test?

He has always denied he has kids, but he received a message from a woman informing him that she plans on filing for child support and how she will take him to court if she has too, to have the judge force him to do the paternity test to prove he is the father of her child. Ever since he got this message, he has basically gone extremely quite. He hasn't accessed his social media in days. He also won't answer any calls, especially calls from private numbers. He keeps saying he doesn't have any kids, at the same time he has been acting very distant since he received the message.

He dosen't sound like a person i'd like to know. Personally if someone claimed I may have a child I would want to know, I wouldn't run.

Based on how the message was written with her saying she would take him to court to prove he is the father. Makes me think and wonder that the child could possibly be his but for whatever reason he doesn't want anyone knowing. Heartbreaking for the child if the child is his but also leaves me questioning if this is someone I want to continue seeing if he does have a child out there and he refuses to acknowledge he does

Just seems a terrible reaction. The test is painless, easy swab or blood test. Just seems immature to run. He should man up to his responsibilities
If this is how he treats a potential child, how do you think he'll treat you when times get tough?

Well, yeah, I mean, he could then get in trouble with the law too. Especially if he's subpoena'd

But if the child is his or even potentially his. Why deny it.

If she takes him to court and it is found he is the father he will have no choice but to pay. So there really is no point denying it if he knows deep down he is the father
